Shipping and Tracking:

Lila Rasa ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries worldwide. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number. You can track your order through the Australia Post website. For more specific estimated time of arrival (ETA), you can contact your local Australia Post directly with the provided tracking number.

Please note that in the event of re-delivery or address changes, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier directly.

Dispatch and Responsibility:

All orders are dispatched weekly, considering public holidays and any specified dates, such as collection launches and sale periods, which may cause slight delays. Once we have shipped the item and you have received confirmation of tracking and postage, the responsibility for the order is transferred from Lila Rasa AU to the customer. Please note that no refunds are available if the item is lost in transit due to the postage system.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Within Australia, we use Australia Post for shipping and offer regular and express post options. The flat rate for regular post is AUD$10, and for express post, it is AUD$15. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your reference. Estimated delivery times within Australia range from 2 to 10 days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak periods. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us at info@yourlilarasa.com

International Shipping:

For our international customers, we also use Australia Post and provide regular and express post options. The flat rate for regular post is AUD$20, and for express post, it is AUD$40. Similar to domestic orders, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please allow at least 15 working days for international delivery.

Please be aware that duties and taxes may be incurred on certain orders. Any additional customs duties, foreign taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are beyond the control of Lila Rasa AU.

Returns and Faults:

For change of mind, Lila Rasa AU does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Similarly, no replacements will be provided for broken or damaged items unless they were damaged in transit, deemed a manufacturing fault, or due to an order error.

We encourage you to thoroughly check all items upon arrival, and if you notice any faults or discrepancies, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. All of our crystals are unique and natural, resulting in variations in size, colour, and small imperfections, which are considered normal. Due to the personal nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

If you believe the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@yourlilarasa.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please note that the item must be returned unused in its original packaging. Please be advised that Lilas Rasa Au does not cover the shipping cost associated with returns.

Sales Terms & Conditions:

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discounts and are not applicable to gift cards. Please ensure that you enter any discount codes during the checkout process, as we are unable to apply them retroactively. No refunds will be issued for forgotten discount codes. Special offers cannot be applied retrospectively to orders.
