Yoni Wands

Lubricant

Our Yoni Wands, crafted from pure crystals, are designed to be compatible with both oil-based and water-based lubricants. You can effortlessly enhance your experience by using a high-quality, cold-pressed coconut oil, which serves as a natural and nourishing lubricant.

Anal Play

Unlike Yoni Eggs, which are not suitable for rectal insertion, our beaded Yoni Wands offer a versatile option for anal play. You have the freedom to explore and indulge in pleasurable experiences using your Yoni Wand anally, accompanied by the lubricant of your choice.

After each anal use, it is essential to clean your Yoni Wand thoroughly with mild soap and warm water. For added convenience, you can also utilize a specially formulated Toycleaner that is gentle on the crystal, ensuring proper hygiene and maintenance.

Water Play

Discover the versatility of Yoni Wands, designed to be used effortlessly in water without any concerns. The beauty of our Wands lies in their complete waterproof feature, allowing you to explore aquatic sensations and experiences.

While indulging in the shower or bathtub, it's essential to exercise caution. Underwater conditions can make the Yoni Wands slippery, and their weight may pose a challenge in handling. To prevent accidents and potential damage, take extra care to ensure a secure grip and avoid accidental drops on hard surfaces.

Yoni Eggs

Choosing your Yoni Egg

We understand that choosing the right Yoni Egg is a personal journey. We believe that every woman knows what suits her best.

To enhance your comfort and confidence, each of our Yoni Eggs is equipped with a hole, allowing you to attach a thread. This thoughtful feature, along with the included thread in the delivery, provides an added sense of safety, particularly for those starting their Yoni Egg practice.

We prioritize your well-being and aim to support you on your path to self-discovery. Trust your intuition and embrace the empowering experience of finding the perfect Yoni Egg that resonates with your unique needs and preferences.

Cleaning and Care

Proper care and cleansing of your Yoni Egg is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Before your first use, follow these steps:

  1. Wash the Yoni Egg twice in warm water with a mild, natural, organic, unscented soap.
  2. Another cleaning method involves boiling water. Boil a pot of water, then remove it from the stove and let it cool down until you can comfortably dip your finger in it. Place your Yoni Egg in the water for 12-15 minutes, ensuring it doesn't touch the boiling water to prevent breakage.

Remember to wash your Yoni Egg thoroughly after each use.

In addition to physical cleansing, it's beneficial to energetically cleanse your Yoni Egg. For the initial cleansing, immerse it in a bowl of sea salt overnight. Alternatively, you can use sage, Palo Santo, or sweetgrass to clear the energy. As you continue your practice, it's recommended to energetically cleanse the Yoni Egg every few days.

Prioritize the care and energetic cleansing of your Yoni Egg to maintain its positive energy and ensure a harmonious connection with your body.

Finding the right size

Yoni Eggs are available in three sizes: Large (45x30mm), Medium (40x25mm), and Small (30x20mm).

For most women, starting with the Medium size is recommended. After pregnancy, transitioning to the Large size is advised. As you gain confidence and experience, you can explore using a smaller Yoni Egg.

The size of the egg affects its ease of gripping with your muscles. Larger eggs are easier to hold but can be heavier, making extended use more challenging.

Small Yoni eggs (S) are designed for advanced users. The smaller size requires stronger pelvic floor muscles to effectively feel and hold the egg. If you have strong pelvic floor muscles, Small Yoni Eggs can be suitable, but consulting with a gynecologist is recommended before use.

If you have had one or more children or are experiencing menopause, and you're unsure about the appropriate size, we suggest trying our 3-piece set. This allows you to practice with different sizes and find what works best for you, either by progressing gradually or using different sizes on different days.

Choosing a crystal

When choosing a crystal, we encourage you to follow your intuition. If a crystal's color or description resonates with you, trust that feeling.

In Taoist culture, three types of crystals are commonly used. Many women begin their journey with healing jade, then progress to black obsidian for releasing trauma and inner blockages, and finally explore rose quartz to open the heart and invite lightness. These stones have a rich history spanning thousands of years, and their safety and healing properties have stood the test of time.

As a starting point, jade is often recommended due to its durability and resistance to breaking during exercises. Jade is also known for its high density, making it the heaviest among the three crystals.

Exercising & Training

The Yoni Egg practice involves performing Kegel exercises, which are contraction exercises for the pelvic floor muscles. The unique aspect of Yoni Egg practice is that you perform these exercises while carrying a Yoni Egg inside you, adding weight and resistance to intensify the workout.

After each contraction, it is essential to relax the pelvic floor muscles to allow for regeneration and growth. Avoid holding your breath during the contractions.

You can perform the Kegel exercises in various positions: standing, lying down, or sitting. If you find it challenging to hold the egg, try starting with the exercises while lying down. Advanced users can explore squat or lunge positions for their workouts.

Method 1: involves contracting the pelvic floor muscles for 5 seconds, followed by relaxation. As your strength improves, you can gradually increase the contraction time up to 15 seconds. A typical exercise session lasts 5 minutes.

Method 2: focuses on shorter contractions, holding the pelvic floor muscles for 1 second before relaxing. This helps you develop a more precise awareness of your pelvic floor and vaginal muscles. A session using this method also lasts 5 minutes.

For a more intensive Kegel training, you can combine both methods for a 5-10 minute session. It's important not to exceed 10 minutes of active training to prevent muscle fatigue and soreness. Regular training sessions are more effective than extended sessions all at once.

Yoga Practice

Yoni Eggs complement various physical activities such as yoga, Pilates, and even everyday movements like standing or running. However, it's important to avoid wearing the egg for more than 2 hours to prevent overexertion of the vaginal muscles.

During yoga practice, wearing Yoni Eggs enhances your awareness of the pelvic floor, specifically the Mula Bandha. You can engage the Mula Bandha by contracting your pelvic floor muscles during inhalation and releasing the contraction with exhalation.

Maintain focus on your breath and establish a conscious connection with your yoni (vaginal area). Incorporate 1-2 contractions per yoga pose, emphasizing exercises that target the pelvic floor such as Bridge Pose, Frog Pose, or Goddess Pose.

Yoni Yoga contributes to the strengthening, healing, and overall well-being of the pelvic floor, suitable for women of all ages. It offers a nurturing practice to promote pelvic floor health and vitality.

Using during Pregnancy

For your safety, it is important to refrain from using the Yoni Egg during pregnancy. We strongly advise consulting with your midwife or gynecologist for guidance and support during this special time.

After childbirth, Yoni Eggs can be a beneficial aid in strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and restoring the tone of the vaginal walls. We recommend consulting with your midwife or gynecologist once again to ensure that the practice aligns with your postpartum healing process and individual needs. They will provide valuable guidance and personalized recommendations.

Use with IUD

IMPORTANT: Please contact your gynecologist BEFORE placing an order and BEFORE using the Yoni Eggs to ensure their suitability for you.

We strongly advise AGAINST using Yoni Eggs without prior clarification and approval from your gynecologist.

The movement of the egg has the potential to impact the contraceptive spiral and potentially displace it. Additionally, there is a risk of entanglement between the string attached to the Yoni Egg and the spiral. This can compromise the effectiveness of the contraceptive method and even cause harm to the uterine walls. While it is possible to use the Yoni Egg without the string, it requires careful attention and practice.

Your gynecologist is the best resource to assess your unique situation and provide personalized guidance regarding the use of Yoni Eggs. Your health and well-being are of utmost importance, so please consult with your gynecologist for professional advice before proceeding.

Use during Menstruation

While using the Yoni Egg during your menstrual period is not inherently harmful to your health, we recommend refraining from its use during this time. It is important to allow your uterus the space it needs to naturally release menstrual blood without additional stimulation.

The decision to wear the Yoni Egg during your lunar time is a personal choice that should be guided by your intuition. If you feel comfortable doing so, you may proceed with using it.

During your menstrual period, it is crucial to thoroughly clean the Yoni Egg before and after each use, as this time makes you more susceptible to infections. To ensure proper menstrual flow, avoid wearing the egg for longer durations than you would wear a tampon, allowing the blood to leave the body without obstruction.

Taking these precautions and listening to your body's needs will help promote a safe and harmonious experience with the Yoni Egg.

Overnight Application

Wearing the Yoni Egg overnight while sleeping is generally safe and allows the crystal to work its healing effects. However, it is important to ensure the Yoni Egg is properly cleaned and not worn for more than 9 hours, particularly for extended use.

We advise against wearing the Yoni Egg every night as it can be emotionally intense and physically demanding on the vaginal muscles. It is important to listen to your body and give it time to rest between sessions.

Can the egg get stuck or “lost” inside me?

Rest assured, there is no need to worry about the Yoni Egg getting lost inside your body. The egg comes with a dental floss attached through the drilled hole, allowing you to easily retrieve it whenever you desire by gently pulling on the floss. Over time, as you become more familiar with the practice, you may find that you no longer need the floss to remove the egg, as you develop the ability to expel it at will.

It's important to note that the egg cannot pass through the cervix and become lost inside. Even if you have had a hysterectomy and your cervix has been removed, the vaginal opening is sewn up to prevent anything from passing through. To remove the egg, simply assume a squatting position, relax, and bear down as if you are having a bowel movement. Exhale deeply and relax. This will allow the egg to be easily expelled. Coughing, laughing, or engaging in activities like jogging or jumping on a trampoline can also help with the expulsion process.

Porosity & Bacteria

Jade and other crystals used for the yoni egg practice are meticulously crafted into hard, polished, and smooth stones. Prior to and after each use, they are thoroughly cleansed using warm water and essential oils (not boiling water). Typically, they are worn for short periods, such as 10-15 minutes.

It's important to note that there are many more porous and potentially bacteria-laden items that come into contact with the vagina, including penises, hands, and sex toys. Considering that your partner or partners don't sterilize their genitals or hands before engaging in intimate activities, there is no need for concern when using a properly cleansed yoni egg in your vagina.
